Longtime broadcast station broker Jody McCoy and veteran tower broker Tom Engel have teamed up to form Strategic Tower Advisors, LLC, to serve the needs of tower site sellers and buyers.

Together, they bring over 75 years of strong personal relationships and experience in broadcast, wireless, cable television, and wireless infrastructure as C-level executives and transaction advisors.

Mr. McCoy has been an active broadcast station broker for twenty-three years during which time he has been involved in hundreds of transactions cumulatively totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Mr. Engel, through his involvement in Milestone Media and its affiliates, has participated in more than one hundred tower site transactions totaling more than one thousand sites.

As transaction advisors, STA will provide help and advice related to the acquisition and/or divestiture process to communications sites, which will include marketing the assets, structuring the transaction for maximum value, management of the due diligence process, and negotiations and advice related to the transaction documents.
